3. Services Offered
We provide a range of pool-related services, including:

All services are subject to written quotations, acceptance, and agreed project timelines.
4. Quotations and Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A deposit is required before work commences, with the balance payable according to the agreed schedule.
Payment terms and milestones will be outlined in the client’s written agreement or invoice.
Late or incomplete payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or additional charges.
Prices exclude unforeseen structural issues or changes requested after work begins.
5. Project Timelines
We strive to complete all projects on time; however, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, material shortages, or third-party disruptions may affect completion dates. Blue Horizon Pools & Renovations will communicate any significant changes promptly.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. All construction and renovation projects are covered by a limited workmanship warranty (terms provided per project). This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
Natural disasters or extreme weather
Third-party interference or unauthorised modifications
Equipment or materials supplied by third parties are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing site access and necessary approvals before work begins
Ensuring accurate information is given for design and planning
Maintaining safety on-site for family members, pets, and property
Following care and maintenance instructions once the project is complete
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure high-quality service, Blue Horizon Pools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
9. Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels a confirmed project, cancellation fees may apply depending on work completed and materials ordered. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced or materials have been procured.
10. Website Use
Our website content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Blue Horizon Pools & Renovations and protected under South African copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written consent.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of website information but do not guarantee that all details are always up to date or error-free.
